The Company

With corporate offices in Miami, Florida, ZDirect, Inc. has become the preeminent software provider of solutions for the hospitality and resort industry in the emerging area of Internet, electronic marketing and CRM.

Since being founded in 2002, hundreds of organizations spanning the globe have chosen ZDirect and its premier product platform ZMail® as their electronic marketing and email technology provider. ZMail was built from the ground up and is optimized for the travel and hospitality market. Our clients represent a broad range of Independent and Chain Hotels, Resorts, Golf Courses, Travel Portals, and Travel/Tourist Destinations/Providers Worldwide. 

ZDirect is also a full-service, advanced Email Service Provider (ESP) compliant to CAN-SPAM best practices and permission-based marketing. ZDirect offers highly integrated solutions, superb training, and customer support. ZDirect remains on the innovative forefront of new and advanced electronic marketing techniques and strategies for its customers. 

The company also presently operates offices in Myrtle Beach, SC, Hallandale Beach, FL, Palo Alto, CA, Columbia, MD and Guadalajara, Mexico.

Management Team
Isaac Wieder 
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Wieder is the architect of ZMail™ by ZDirect. His past experience working as the Technical Team Leader for the online marketing subsidiary of once internet behemoth Excite, MatchLogic, provided the basis for the vision of ZMail™ that underscores the fundamental technology of ZDirect. In his role as technical lead for MatchLogic's email marketing team he built and maintained one of the first commercial opt-in email systems (DeliverE) that was used for both lead generation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by Excite@Home and its partners. His primary responsibilities were working with the lists of MatchLogic, Excite and Fortune 50 companies such as Proctor and Gamble and General Motors, helping them to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Jean-Philippe (JP) Torunski
Vice President of Development

Jean-Philippe comes to ZDirect with a long history of software development, having programmed computers for over 20 years. His experience includes real-time systems, object-oriented software analysis and design, systems architecture, automated testing, and distributed computation. He also has studied extensively the "soft" skills of building software: development methods and processes, requirements gathering and inter-group communication. 

As VP of development, J-P manages the development staff, ensures the high-quality timely production of new features, researches emerging development tools and techniques, and liaises with customer support, management, and customers.

Caren de'Ath
Vice President of Sales
Caren serves as Vice President of Sales at ZDirect. Caren has over 22 years of Hospitality Sales Experience, which started with 6-1/2 years in Hotel Sales, Catering and Marketing positions. She has 9 years of property management system experience including installation, training and sales. Caren was responsible for the growth of the International customer base at MeetingMatrix and her knowledge and experience of the Hospitality Industry and in Hospitality Technology Sales will help ZDirect grow its global presence.
Carrie Messmore
Director of Client Services
Carrie Messmore serves as Director of Client Services for ZDirect and is in charge of the account management team. Her responsibility is to oversee the complete lifecycle of support services to include installation, training, account management, product optimization and a myriad of other services all to ensure that the ZDirect's product offering and integrated solutions are installed for customers. Carrie is intimately engaged with overseeing day to day customer relations and managing the expectations to make certain that clients near and long term eCRM goals are achieved.
